• Case No: SPA2018-18 Application of EZ Mart Foods of MA, Inc. for property located at 232 Ashland Street. Special permit requested for a change of owner to operate a convenience store with beer and wine sales as well as the sale of gasoline in a CA-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-19 Application of Michael Gazal & Veso Buntic for property located at 33 Eagle Street. Special permit requested for a change of use for the conversion of an existing building to a hotel in a CB-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-20 Application of David York for property located at 20 Marshall Street. Special permit requested for a change of tenant to operate a restaurant in a CB-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-21 Application of David York for property located at 465 Curran Highway. Special permit requested for a change of tenant to operate an ice cream shop in a CC-1 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-22 Application of Mountain One for property located at 85 Main Street. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate an investment and insurance office in a CB-2 zone.

• Case No: SPA2018-23 Application of the Candy Mill at NORAD for property located at 60 Roberts Drive. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a candy store in an I-2 zone.
