Case No: SPA2017-31 Application of David C. Atwell for property located at 8 River Street. Special permit requested for a change of use to operate a package store in a CB-1 zone.

Case No: SPA2017-32 Application of BOON Properties, LLC for property located at 40 Eagle Street. Special permit requested for new construction in an I-2 zone.

Public Hearing New Cases:
Case No: SPA2018-03 Application of Brian Miksic for property located at 3-7 Edgewood Avenue. Special permit requested for a non-conforming use of a property in an R-2 zone.

Case No: SPA2018-04 Application of Jonathan Spinney for property located at 515 Curran Highway. Special permit requested for a change of use in a CC-1 zone to operate a commercial brewery, tap room and performance space.

Form A: P02-18 Application of the First Congregational Church of North Adams for property located 134 Main Street. Parcel of land located on the south side of Main Street and the east side of Ashland Street to be added to and become a part of other land of the First Congregational Church.
